AYUS looks at health holistically, helping you understand how different systems in your body interact and how risk evolves over time — often well ahead of symptoms. The experience is intentionally calm, warm, and human, with technology supporting the consultation rather than defining it.
Preventive healthcare in the UK has traditionally relied on population-based screening programmes, which are necessarily limited in scope and frequency. AYUS is designed for those who want a deeper, more continuous understanding of their health, delivered through a private, doctor-led model with greater clinical interpretation and follow-up. Where further care is appropriate, AYUS supports clear onward referral and continuity with existing healthcare providers.
AYUS is being developed in line with UK healthcare requirements, including MHRA governance where applicable. Patient safety sits at the core of the AYUS model. All assessments are led by qualified doctors, supported by clear clinical governance and escalation processes. Technology and AI assist clinicians — they do not make medical decisions.
